Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you as a **Rotational Engineer **will be responsible for provide technical support to internal company departments such as quality, manufacturing, product management, and purchasing; and investigate manufacturing areas of opportunities and develop proposals.

We are seeking recent college/ university graduates that are highly motivated and ready to contribute in a hands-on world-class engineering team

The Littelfuse RISE Engineering Rotational Program is a full-time development position that will enable recent college graduates to learn and grow across

several engineering disciplines areas before settling into a best-fit role.

Our program scope is to build diverse and talent professional engineers by

gaining experience in multiple areas of the company to take on tomorrow’s challenges in manufacturing process design. In addition, as a company that emphasizes community engagement, you will have opportunities to participate in our community relations efforts and to give back through causes that

support Littelfuse social responsibility initiatives.

At the conclusion of the program, you will be assigned to a permanent role in the area in which you will be able to perform and develop your greatest strengths.

**About the Littelfuse RISE Engineering Rotational Program**:
Littelfuse RISE Engineering Rotational Program provides three rotational

assignments with a total duration of 18 months in which you will be responsible for:
Completing 6- to 8-month rotations and assignments in areas such as:
engineering and/or an adjacent functional group, including operations, testing,

product management, sales.

**About the Job**:

- Develop comprehensive design proposals for Littelfuse prototypes, products, and processes from internal/customer specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation in line with assigned department requirements.
- Support creation and implementation of verification and validation testing.
- Design and support any production processing hardware, tooling and fixturing required to produce new products efficiently and safely.
- Bill of Materials (BOM) creation for product assemblies and equipment.
- Regularly report on project schedules.
- Contribute significantly to business outcomes through delivery of your assignment projects.
- Participate in intentional and structured career development activities and receiving active coaching and mentoring.
- Interact with peers and network with business leaders to gain exposure and obtain support for assignments.
- Solve critical international business challenges through participation in cross-functional teams.

**About You**:

- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related.
- Willingness to work in multiple different environments within the company.
- Willingness to work full time in Muzquiz Plant.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in field of study.
- Knowledge of engineering practices.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Demonstrate continuous learning mindset, accountability, and integrity.
