With a background in journalism or writing, you are a talented storyteller who can work with brands and colleagues to develop long-form outputs ranging from C-suite presentations or remarks, bylined articles, op-eds, LinkedIn posts, corporate narratives and messaging.

You understand the fundamentals of executive positioning and brand thought leadership (and client relations), but also understand how the media landscape is evolving and changing, and how communications must adapt to those changes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing and writing editorial and social copy for a variety of mediums, from concept to final product, including: Long-form articles (advertorials, blog content, website content and thought leadership pieces) / Social content (possibly including franchise and calendar development) / Infographic content development o Presentation deck preparation.
- Appreciate the role of analytics and audience insights in shaping storytelling
- Autonomously interview SMEs and assist in story mining sessions for clients
- Draft content (often quickly) to support a variety of communications programs including editorial opportunities, contributed articles, editorial and social media posts, etc.
- Monitor media trends and social conversations to inspire story ideas
- Experience working with multiple platforms including but not limited to: digital photography, video and experiential social

**Qualifications**:

- Online writing samples or portfolio representing writing capability
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a journalism or agency setting
- A conceptual and collaborative nature, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client-facing skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in relative field of study
