**Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. MTO Centrals TRIM Division**

**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**

**As a trim engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering robust designs on time that meet cost and manufacturing targets, as well as leading product innovations to give Lear a competitive advantage by speeding design launch and staff engagement.**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**

**Coordinate product development to make it robust and viable for manufacturing.**

**Support in the development of new programs and engineering changes.**

**Support to manufacturing and/or assembly plants when required for various activities.**

**Participate in conferences with the client and platform.**

**Comply with and enforce the Plant's safety policies and procedures, as well as the ISO-14001, ISO-45001, IATF - 16949/ISO9001 legal and regulatory standards.**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
- Engineering of any kind or business administration.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferred experience as an engineer in the automotive industry.
- Intermediate or advanced level of English.
- Preferential use of 3D Software, Catia, Unigraphics, Auto CAD 2D and 3D, Adobe Illustrator.
