**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain complex CMM measurement programs using software such as PC-DMIS or CALYPSO
- Lead technical discussions with design, quality assurance, and production teams to determine appropriate measurement techniques and procedures
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment and oversee these activities for junior team members
- Analyze and interpret measurement data to ensure accuracy and consistency, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide technical support and training to operators and resolve any technical issues related to CMM equipment and programs
- Continuously improve CMM measurement processes through analysis, optimization, and implementation of new technologies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- 6-9 years of experience in CMM programming and metrology
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Competency using PC-DMIS
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PC-DMIS or CALYPSO.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with manufacturing engineering, precision inspection personnel, and shop floor employees
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
