Instructional Designer

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking creative, confident and communicative Instructional Designers to join our growing Flare Learning team. Your ability to communicate well, both written and verbally, in English is paramount.

**The Role**

In this role you will work within our Instructional Design group to help create curriculums, storyboard, and write beautiful client courses for a variety of markets and on a variety of topics. Should your skillset suit, you will also be tasked with being the project manager for these client projects.

Examples of items you may be tasked with include: interviewing SMEs, storyboarding course content, conducting regular client meetings, and reviewing completed courses for accuracy.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You understand and enjoy the storyboarding process.
- You are comfortable engaging with clients within the scope of project management.
- You enjoy creating engaging and innovative training experiences, including utilizing gamification.
- You can multitask with ease and deliver on tight deadlines.
