Job Opening - Customer Service Advocate
PSC Industries in Monterrey, Mexico is offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Advocate who is looking to drive their career in a new direction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who cares deeply about customers and wants to help shaping PSC’s entire customer experience.
Position Summary:
PSC Is looking for an English + Spanish speaking Customer Advocate to join The Customer Focus Team, based in PSC’s facility located in Santa Catarina, Mexico, to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.
- Coordinate internally with other teams to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs, ASPs)
- Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.
- Manage customer forecasts and releases to meet customer requirements by monitoring internal inventory levels to ensure on time delivery.
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business preferred. High School Diploma with experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, or similar role will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
**Skills**:
- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Preferred: Advanced Excel skills.
