**PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO**

Construir una relación genuina entre la Marca y el consumidor, así como incrementar la venta a través de la atracción de visitantes a las tiendas en México.

**FUNCION**

Planear, proponer y crear estrategias de Marketing y Comunicación para generar tráfico en las tiendas e impulsar la venta, así como construir imagen y reputación de marca. Supervisar la implementación de dichas estrategias a través de diferentes campañas y promociones de la marca. Alinear a los equipos de Marketing y Comercial en el cumplimiento de la implementación de las estrategias. Monitorear, medir y evaluar el desempeño de cada estrategia.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Planear, proponer y crear estrategias de Marketing y comunicación para generar tráfico en las tiendas e impulsar la venta.
- Alinear y coordinar a los diferentes equipos del área de Marketing y de los líderes del área comercial para la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de marketing-comercial-tiendas
- Definir e implementar la estrategia de branding que construyan identidad y reputación de marca en el mercado, así como una relación sustentable con el cliente.
- Proveer input a la estrategia comercial sobre el mercado y la competencia, tendencias y acciones comerciales para incentivar las ventas y la afinidad del cliente hacia los productos y la marca.
- Definir, implementar y mantener una estrategia de social media que construya identidad y reputación de marca, así como relación con los clientes.
- Definir e implementar la estrategia de comunicación para soportar la venta en línea.

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Nível de estudios: Licenciatura con especialidad en: Marketing, Ciencias de la Comunicación, Publicidad o similar. Maestría (deseable).
- 8+ años de experiência previa en el área de Marketing
- 4+ años de experiência previa en puestos similares (Marketing Manager, Marketing Head, Marketing Leader)
- Experiência en aplicación de Estrategias de Marca (Publicidad, Marketing digital, Tendencias de Marketing, Innovación, Comunicación externa, Comunicación Comercial)
- Experiência en compañías con alto valor de marca (“brand-centric”) en industrias como: Fashion Retail, Retail, CPG, FMCG
- Visión de negocio
- Manejo de conflictos y negociación
- Fácil adaptación al cambio
- Dominio avanzando de Ingles
