Serás responsable de liderar y supervisar al equipo de Digital Strategic Planning & Finance y garantizar que las estrategias de negocios, planes e iniciativas se lleven a cabo y se cumplan de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes priorizando las necesidades del negocio, el foco en clientes actuales y el desarrollo de relacionamiento óptimo con stakeholders internos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar los procesos estratégicos y operativos dentro del equipo digital, buscando optimizar el uso de los recursos disponibles y mejorar el producto final.
- Garantizar el uso eficiente y oportuno del presupuesto digital.
- Entender y revisar el entorno competitivo del Banco, para canalizar estrategias de comunicación diferenciales que le permitan al Banco ser el referente en transformación digital.
- Dirigir proyectos transformacionales de consultoría, que tienen como punto central el enfoque al cliente, para posicionar a la Banca Digital a la vanguardia en el país y maximizar retornos.
- Definir las prioridades estratégicas de Banca Digital, supervisar avances y cumplimiento, con el propósito de identificar y explotar las ventajas competitivas de la organización para alcanzar las metas de crecimiento de la DGA.
- Entrenar al equipo sobre los mejores enfoques para mejorar la identificación de problemas e incentivar altos estándares de calidad en la resolución de problemas y entrega de resultados a los stakeholders.
- Comprender la cultura de riesgo del Banco y cómo debe considerarse el apetito de riesgo en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
- Promueve un entorno de alto desempeño e implementa una estrategia para la fuerza laboral que atrae, retiene, desarrolla y motiva a su equipo, y para lograr esto, fomenta un entorno laboral inclusivo, comunica la visión, los valores y la estrategia de negocios y maneja un plan de sucesión y desarrollo para el equipo.

- Organismos reguladores y requisitos especiales

**Experiência**:

- Maestría en Administración de Negocios, Finanzas o afín.
- +5 años de experiência previa en el sector bancario o afines
- +3 años de experiência en gestión de un equipo
- Experiência en el desarrollo de estrategias competitivas en el sector Digital o sectores afines.
- Liderazgo y habilidad de generación de iniciativas transformacionales.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Excelente nível de inglés (90%)
