**Senior Mechanical Engineer**

**Resumen de trabajo**

Un Ingeniero Mecánico Senior liderará el equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento, proporcionando un mantenimiento preventivo anual

planificar y dar seguimiento a los empleados responsables. Un ingeniero mecánico senior proporcionará estrategias y acciones.

planes para un mejor rendimiento del equipo en el análisis de los datos de falla.

**Responsabilidades laborales**

Instalación de equipos liderados por el departamento de producción y asistencia en la auditoría de las partes mecánicas del

estructura de las líneas de producción de equipos.

Asistir a los departamentos de producción y procesos en la revisión de la selección, aplicación, instalación,

puesta en marcha y aceptación de equipos de activos fijos.

Responsable de elaborar el plan anual de mantenimiento de equipos y su seguimiento.

Responsable de la revisión de equipos y la parte mecánica del proyecto de transformación técnica.

Asegurar el diseño e instalación de protección de seguridad de equipos en líneas de producción.

Diseño en piezas mecánicas, pruebas y aplicación de proyectos en sitio.

Responsable de la revisión de planos mecánicos de transformación de equipos

Inspecciones de proveedores

Asistir en el manejo de fallas mecánicas críticas.

Asistir en el manejo de emergencias en equipos y maquinaria del taller.

Seguimiento de KPI como MTBF, MTBR, Up Time, OEE, mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo, TPM

**Habilidades**

Capacidad multitarea.

Jugador de equipo

Ser capaz de adaptarse al modo de trabajo dentro de diferentes zonas horarias (trabajando con China)

Respuesta bajo presión

Analítica y Resolución de Problemas

**Requisitos**

Licenciatura. IMA, IME, IEA, IM o relacionados. Conocimiento de dispositivos PLC

+5 años de experiência en puestos afines.

+3 años de experiência liderando equipos.

El dominio del inglés y el chino es una ventaja.

Conocimientos en gestión de operación y mantenimiento de equipos.
