**Objective of job**.
- Assure all QM relevant functions in the plant.
- Represents customer in the manufacturing operations and assume full compliance of the customer requirements and its promotion along all organization levels and to define corrective and preventive actions.PSCR

**Principle activities.**
- Support the strategic planning of the unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the quality department, within a short or medium-range time frame.
- Plan and administrate the budget in her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.
- Develop and implement personnel planning in her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor; also make sure qualified personnel are hired.
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor.
- Develop department-specific goals, break down and prioritize the department goals, follow up on goals and evaluate goal achievement..

Responsible and authority for:
a) Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of this International Standard;
b) Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
c) Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement (see 10.1), in particular to top management;
d) Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization;
e) Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

f) Ensuring that the client's requirements, special characteristics, establishment of quality objectives and related training, corrective and preventive actions are met.

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree; Advanced vocational/technical training usually acquired through a degree in a technical or vocational discipline plus a few years of experience (knowledge of methods, techniques and processes; mastery level of skilled trade).
