**Duties**:
The Basic function of this position refers to a standard job description is for a Supply Clerk (Receiving) who manages the receiving, tracking, inspection, distributing, and inventory of property management services for the Department of State and associated agencies. The position is in the General Services Section and under the supervision of the GSO Assistant.

**Requirements**:
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in supply/warehousing/expendables or property/supply management is required.
Education Requirements:
Completion of high school education is required.
Evaluations:
**LANGUAGE**:
- Good Working Knowledge in English is required (this may be tested).
- Good working knowledge Spanish is required (this may be tested).
To meet the English and Spanish language requirement for this position:
Alternatively, if you already happen to have them, you may submit English and Spanish test results that are less than 5 years old.
For English you may submit test results from TOEIC Listening & Reading (Min. score is 780), TOEFL ITP (Min. score is 540),TOEFL IBT (Min. score is 72), IELTS (Min. score is 6.5), Cambridge (Min. score is B2), Duolingo (Min. score is 90), or FSI/ILR(Min. score is 2). **SKILLS AND ABILITIES**: Must possess a valid driver’s license for truck. Job Holder must have held a valid driver’s license for truck for at least 5 years.
