- Allocate and manage department resources according to business needs - Ensure that all Operation assigned maintain appropriate support from the Procurement team - Evaluate vendor performance to improve all purchasing process - Provide leadership and direction to the Procurement staff - Maintain positive working relationship with all functional areas and suppliers - Administer everyday activities of all purchasing staff and provide training to staff to ensure compliance in law, regulation and procurement policies - Responsible to implement KPI to track the level of services & performance of the procurement Team - Analyze and generate monthly performance reports to Operation. - Monitor and adjust Inventory parameters\strategies to maintain de level of inventory based Forecast. - Collaborate with Operations Managers to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the procurement services. - Identify improvement opportunities for current processes and systems. - Support Corporate projects
- develop the approach, communicate plans and tasks to operation, manage project to timeline, and successfully achieve project goals - Analyze and generate monthly performance reports to operations managers

Experiência y requisitos

English: 85% MANDATORY Bachelor's degree - 3 or more years of related experience as superintendent in procurements Raw Material and MRO. - Interpersonal skills - the ability to work well in a team, as well as to manage and motivate others - Negotiation skills. - Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solution - Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data Well-developed organizational, priority management and planning skills - Flexible, creative and feels capable to implement innovative ideas - Focused on achieving business goals - Strong analytical background in creating and analyzing reporting trends and performance - Highly analytical, high ethical standards, organized individual with ability to process details efficiently and accurately and exhibits excellent follow up - Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills - Developing reports and analysis from large data sets using analytical and statistical tools
