**Missions**:

- To build, validate, communicate, and follow through perfect execution of regional strategies in line with SC domain and divisional strategies for domestic and cross-border road freight.
- Create a panel supplier for Road, Sea & Air freigh.
- Non-Capex Packaging (disposable & leased)
- To contribute to deliver Omega M1/M2 regional savings targets while driving a Total Cost of Ownership balance between inventory, reduced transportation lead times, logistic cost, and customer service.
- Contribute to the Omega journey of the SC Domain.

**Activities**:
**Commercial side**:

- Build and deploy a regional logistics & packaging vendor strategy that meets current and 5-year business plan needs.
- Build and manage the strategic vendor panel (Sourcing, entry-exit / development road map, performance scorecard, Master Agreement, business reviews ).
- Key negotiator for all major negotiation with logistics service & packaging providers.
- Point of escalation for our plants in the region. Assist in crisis meeting and claim case-solving (root cause analysis, ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place, settlement).

**Technical / process side**:

- Continue enhancing the standard set of tools and documents of the Commodity to maximize work efficiency and effectiveness: spec, rate book, offer analysis model, business reviews, category road map. Spread Supply Chain goals in plants and Technical Centers.
- Develop and execute a solid VA-VE program implementation acting on demand levers (duties FTA/exemption, milk-run, change of spec, flow optimization, digital tools ).
- Define and improve standard level of excellence in all physical and information flow processes linked to the commodity resulting in improved level of service: EDI with vendor, Escalation matrix, SOP, reporting, flow visibility, service reviews, plant satisfaction questionnaire; CQA check-list for transport.
- Do enforce the compliance of the Procure-to-Pay process, spreading and ensuring adherence to best practices in the area (invoice control). Support closing internal audits points related to SC. Contribute towards the supply base to the success of Act For All (CO2, Ecovadis, BvD..), Safety initiatives and road map customized by relevant working groups for transport/WH/Packaging
