**Descripción del puesto (IMC-6146)**:
Se requiere la valiosa aportación de un Consultor de Procesos de Negocio nível senior el cual lidere los esfuerzos para implementar una solución digital que integre Microsoft Dynamics 365 con los sistemas SAP y Aveva. También se centrará en la gestión de cambios, la mejora de los procesos empresariales y el flujo de datos sin problemas en todas las plataformas.

**Requisitos**:

- 7-10 años de experiência trabajando con Microsoft Dynamics 365 en el módulo CRM.
- Experiência comprobada en proyectos que involucran integraciones de Dynamics 365 con otros sistemas, especialmente sistemas ERP (SAP) y soluciones industriales como Aveva PI.
- Experiência en arquitectura de integración y herramientas de middleware (p/e: Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO).
- Conocimiento profundo de configuración, personalización y administración de sistemas en Dynamics 365.
- Conocimiento de la integración de datos operativos.
- Conocimiento de modelos de datos, administración de API y procesos ETL.
- Familiaridad con los marcos y metodologías de SAP (IDoc, BAPI y RFC) para fines de integración.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Definir las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales para las integraciones, incluido el mapeo de los flujos de datos entre los sistemas.
- Diseñar flujos de trabajo que garanticen un intercambio de datos sin problemas y la generación de informes en tiempo real entre las plataformas.
- Definir estrategias de prueba, escenarios y criterios para garantizar que la integración entre Dynamics 365, SAP y Aveva PI sea exitosa.
- Coordinar y realizar pruebas del sistema, pruebas de integración y pruebas de aceptación del usuario (UAT), abordando cualquier problema o discrepancia que surja.

**Nível de inglés Avanzado (indispensable). Se evaluará nível en entrevista.**
