**SECCIÓN I**: DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL

Asegura el cumplimiento de las objetivos establecidos y procedimientos de salud, seguridad y
medioambiente, buscando la seguridad de todas las personas al interior del sitio de trabajo.

Da seguimiento a las actividades dentro de las planes y programas de trabajo EHS, apegándose a las
políticas, normas y procedimientos establecidos para la planta supervisando la ejecución de las
procesos técnicos-administrativos que conforman cada una de las áreas a fin de garantizar el
cumplimiento legal y la eliminación de riesgos.

**SECCIÓN II**: EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIÓN

Ingeniería industrial, ambiental, químico - biólogo o carrera afín.

6 a 8 años de experiência trabajando en EHS.

Manejo de personal a cargo.

Ingles

**SECCIÓN III**: CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CERTIFICACIONES

Excelente actitud, trabajo en equipo y excelente comunicación a todos los níveles de compañia.

Conocimiento de legislación ambiental y de seguridad e higiene.

Experiência en manejo de trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales (JMAS, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT,
SDUE, PROTECCION CIVIL, SEGOB, etc.)

ISO 45001, 9001, 18001.

OHSAS 18001.

Ergonomía y manejo seguro de maquinaria y equipo.

**SECCIÓN IV**: PRINCIPALES TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Cuenta con un equipo a cargo de supervisar y evaluar los distintos programas y actividades relacionadas
a salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Responsable de mantener liderazgo, desarrollar y guiar a un equipo de trabajo distribuido en distintos
turnos y plantas.

Provee liderazgo técnico y guía funcional al personal para asegurar que se cumpla con los criterios de
seguridad, salud y medioambiente según aplique en distintas áreas y departamentos de la empresa.

Mantener métricos del sitio y corporativos y reportarlo de acuerdo con las necesidades de las distintas
reuniones y departamentos.

Verifica el cumplimiento y apego a los programas de salud, seguridad y medioambiente.

Monitorea, vigila y asegura la vigencia de las diferentes permisos y licencias ambientales y operacionales
de la planta.

Atiende inspectores y representantes de gobierno, SEMARNAT, JMAS, STPS, PROFEPA, SDUE,
PROTECCION CIVIL, etc.
- Asegura que la gestión interna y las actividades de los diferentes procesos de manejo de residuos de la
empresa (RP, RME, RBI, Descarga Agua, etc.) cumplan con los criterios establecidos para las diferentes
leyes y reglamentos de las dependencias de gobierno aplicables (JMAS, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, SDUE,
PROTECCION CIVIL, SEGOB, etc.).

Conduce, coordina, participa y asegura el cumplimiento de auditorías internas y externas y el cierre de
acciones correctivas derivadas de las mismas.

Recaba, documenta y mantiene disponible información relevante de las diferentes áreas del
**departamento**: administración de riesgos, gestión de residuos (aire, suelo, agua, etc.) auditorías,
reportes corporativos, etc.

Proporciona entrenamientos en materia de Salud, Seguridad y Medio ambiente, guía a los equipos para
asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y promueve el aprendizaje del grupo a su cargo.

Contribuye al desarrollo de personal a su cargo, de Respuesta a Emergencia y Departamento Medico
para asegurar la disponibilidad, el mantenimiento, orden y funcionalidad de los diferentes equipos
móviles de prevención y combate a incendios, así como los recursos de respuesta a emergencia
(camillas, lavaojos, etc.).

Maneja y establece presupuestos.

Participa y asegura que el programa de evaluación de riesgos de seguridad se lleve a cabo de acuerdo
con el procedimiento establecido, promoviendo la prevención de riesgos.

Provee guía y participa en la implementación y documentación de procedimientos y formatos de alto
riesgo como contratistas, trabajos en altura, corte y soldadura, LOTO, electricidad, espacios confinados,
etc.

Propuestas de mejoras en procesos relacionados a la seguridad y otros departamentos de influencia.

Participa en equipos multifuncionales de los distintos departamentos.

Desarrolla y promueve una cultura enfocada en mantener un área segura de trabajo.

Responsable de monitorear, dar seguimiento y documentar accidentes e incidentes.

Participar en el cumplimiento del SGC (Sistema de Gestión de Calidad) determinadas para su función en
relación a ISO9001:2015.

Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad determinadas de acuerdo a su función.

Cumplir en tiempo los entrenamientos planeados relacionados a Calidad y Entrenamiento.
