Job Summary: Flowserve currently hiring a Tool Crib attendant. The tool crib attendant issues tools, dies and equipment to workers, maintains records of issued tools, and monitors the tool crib inventory. An attendant also receives new tools into the organization and schedules preventative maintenance on the equipment.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Receives, stores, and issues hand tools, machine tools, dies, materials, and equipment in industrial establishment: Issues tools and equipment to workers and maintains records of tools and equipment issued and returned, manually or using computer.
- Locates lost or misplaced tools and equipment.
- Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment, manually or using computer.
- Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools and equipment, and requisitions stock to replenish inventory. Inspects and measures tools and equipment for defects and wear, visually or using micrometer, and reports damage or wear to supervisors.
- Repairs, services, and lubricates tools and equipment, using hand tools, spray gun, or pressurized spray can.
- Work with Tool Crib Project Lead, Manufacturing & Manufacturing Engineering to procure quality product to meet dynamic production schedules, and inventory management and cost reduction objectives.
- And any other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills:

- Technical background preferably in Mechanics
- Affinity with tools
- Able to work on a project basis
- Good organization skills
- Able to work well in a team environment, be self-motivated and service-oriented, and deal with associates and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Strong initiative and team player.
- Physical Demands: General Office & Manufacturing environment
- HS Diploma / GED and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
