**Qualifications**:
- Proven Experience in Sales or Real Estate: Demonstrated success in sales, real estate, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate deals effectively, understanding the nuances of purchase agreements and securing terms that are fair and benefit all parties involved.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with stakeholders, real estate agents, and team members to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Market Insight and Strategic Decision Skills: Ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and make informed decisions quickly.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated individual with a clear focus on achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
Function & Purpose
As the backbone of Frontdoor, the role of an Acquisition Specialist is crucial to our success. This job is about more than just talking to listing agents and building relationships; it's about being a driving force in our bold growth strategy.
You'll be at the forefront, identifying and securing prime properties, using your solid negotiation skills and our advanced CRM to turn opportunities into real gains. Here, a relentless drive to succeed and a commitment to going above and beyond in delivering top-notch service isn’t just part of the job—it's what elevates a good Acquisition Specialist to a great one.
The Daily
- Build Relationships: Connect with 15-20 new people each day to forge partnerships. Partners bring you deals. More partners, more deals.
- Submit Offers: Use our custom-built CRM to deliver 3-5 offers a day. No excuses.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the team to spot and strategize on new deals.
- Maintain Your Schedule: Keep your appointments, stay punctual, and remain organized.
- Stay Sharp: Keep on top of industry trends and best practices, always looking for ways to improve.

Details
°Contract-to-Hire
- Location: Monterey, MEX Metro Area - Work from home until our new office opens in 2025
- Hours: Flexible, within the Central Standard Time zone for collaboration.
- Compensation: $500 - $1000/Month Base Pay + Commissions + Bonus Incentives.
- Commissions: Average commissions are $1000-$1500 per deal There is no limit to the number of deals you can close. The sky's the limit
- Holidays: MEX and US Federal holidays off
