Responsible for assisting the Picking Assistant Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Pick Module area. - Supervise staff working in pick module. - Avoid unsafe acts are performed by staff and visitors in the assigned work area. - Fluent of the department's process in order to ensure adherence, provide answers to employees and outside inquires. - Partner with Assistant Manager and other Supervisors to ensure building awareness of business processes/ changes. - Develop rapport quickly and maintain good customer relationships both internally and externally by coordinating with all departments involved in the process. - Provide support to internal and external customers including all divisions of our multi-channel business and suppliers. - Execute the strategy and direction of the Department. - Ensure that all support tasks for the department are completed in a timely manner. - Manage employee performance while developing and inspiring the team. - Train all employees assigned to the Pick Module Department. -Ensure that activities in department comply with GMP’s.

Experiência y requisitos

Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience Picking / Supply & Logistics in high volume Warehouse Operations Experience managing at least 15 employees in previous jobs are required. Experience working with MMS in AS400, JDE, and SAP MRP /ERP Systems. Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ETQ Reliance, AS400 SAP, MRP - ERP SYSTEMS Highly Responsible Person with strong leadership skills, Strong sense of urgency, and solution / analytical capacity problem.
