**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**

**Electromechanic**

Responsible for the operational continuity of the different processes of the Plant through the administration and execution of corrective, preventive and/or predictive maintenance that is generated during the shift and entering the corresponding documentation on the maintenance management system.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for executing corrective, preventive and predictive activities & inspecting pieces of equipment that result from follow-up actions related to preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for attending work orders and closed the orders entering the necessary information.
- Responsible for attending and passing Technical courses that have been scheduled.
- Responsible for attending and passing courses organized by Human Resources.
- Responsible for GMPs in Maintenance Workshop as well as in Maintenance Warehouse.
- Responsible for 5´s in car´s tools and maintenance area.
- Responsible for detecting opportunities for maintaining equipment and performing the corresponding corrective actions.
- Responsible together with the Maintenance Supervisor to get spare parts checklists in order to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance orders.
- Responsible for work in a team to solve problems and find the root cause.

**WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**

**INTERNAL**:

- Production: Provide technical support to all pieces of equipment, as well as providing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to all of them.
- Warehouse: Provide technical support to all pieces of equipment, as well as providing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to all of them.

**EXTERNAL**:

- Suppliers: Provide operational support to Company´s assets and execution of works together with external personnel.

**COMPETENCIES**:
**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Expertise in control and power electronics, basic PLC, advanced electrical and power control AC and CD, power inverters, advanced mechanical in hydraulics, pneumatics, transmission, combustion systems, dust extraction, thermodynamic processes, transport and pumping of fluids, electric welding, autogenous welding, electronic welding, and focus in process improvements, GMPs, safety and hygiene.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Electrical technician, Electromechanical technician, electronic technician, industrial maintenance technician, Mechanical technician, Mechatronic technician.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as electromechanical technician.
