BS Degree in Engineering Fields
- Advanced English 100%
- At least 3 years of proven experience as Production Superintendent in the Automotive Industry (Wiring/Cable areas) in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Personnel Management
- Proven experience in Planning and Production Control Process in Manufacturing area
- Advanced Excel Skills
- ERP Systems Knowledge - SAP experience preferred
- Lean Manufacturing Management Knowledge
- Proactive, leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with production employees and with all levels of management involved in the production process
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of Quality System Development, ISO - TS16949 - ISO 14001.
- Participation and commitment in the continuous improvement process.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to relocate to Guaymas/Empalme, Son.
