We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

**CAO Senior Manager**

**Role purpose**:
Chief Administration Office jobs support projects and/or specialist teams as well as in established BAU teams. Will participate in business activities, supporting Senior Managers with BAU & non-BAU activities, cyclical work pieces such as Annual Reporting and short term initiatives. They are located in BAU teams and would report to a Senior Manager and may have direct reports.

**Main activities**:

- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. Change implementation projects are out of scope
- Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
- Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback
- Support in forums and committees to represent view of business area
- Support the development and monitoring of internal governance activities
- Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
- Evaluate and analyse management information relating to external service providers of their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured

Requirements

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Bachelor degree required
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communications skills and stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills with experience of positive, challenging interactions
- Strong ability to correctly priorities activity, and optimize the pace of delivery
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel (proficient use of SQL a plus) for the purposes of creating monthly dashboards that are presented to the governance meetings
- Knowledge of MI reporting tools Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep is a plus.
