We are a dynamic vacation rental management company specializing in providing top-notch services to property owners. Our team is dedicated to maximizing property revenue while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and support our operations.
**Job Overview**:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our business. You will work closely with our team of vendors, cleaners, and property owners to coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and repairs for our properties. Strong communication skills in English, a solid understanding of property maintenance/repairs, and excellent time management skills are essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate Property Operations**: Manage the scheduling and coordination of property cleanings, maintenance, and repairs.
- **Vendor Management**: Work with our team of vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with property owners and guests to address their needs and ensure a smooth experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of property maintenance, repairs, and vendor interactions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any issues or concerns related to property operations in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in our operations processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluency in English**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- **Property Maintenance Knowledge**: Solid understanding of property maintenance and repairs.
- **Time Management Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using online tools and software for communication and task management.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in coordinating property operations.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Flexible availability to accommodate occasional after-hours and weekend work as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Experience in Property Management**: Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong customer service skills to interact with property owners and guests professionally.
- **Bilingual**: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
