HR Payroll Analyst

Objetivo

Estamos buscando un jugador de equipo con una fuerte atención a los detalles, gusto por investigar y aprender día a día, fuerte habilidad analítica. El Especialista de Nómina será responsable del proceso completo de nómina para asegurar el pago oportuno y preciso de los miembros de nuestro equipo en México.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Procesar las nóminas quincenales de México, así como los procesos anuales especiales como: bonos y aumentos, préstamo del fondo de ahorro, reparto de utilidades y bono navideño, tiempo extra, etc.
- Pago de Impuestos a la Nómina (ISN, IMSS e infonavit), y Créditos fonacot. Cálculo de impuestos: IMSS, ISR, Impuesto local.
- Asociarse con RH para ser responsable de todos los expedientes de nuevo ingreso (on-boarding).
- Responsable del proceso completo de contratación de nuevos ingresos
- Responsable del cálculo de los paquetes de terminación: renuncias, indemnizaciones, fin de asignaciones, etc.
- Construir y mapear procesos internos utilizando las mejores prácticas para garantizar una información actualizada y oportuna siempre que lo requiera la empresa
- Trabajar con el departamento de Finanzas en las actividades relacionadas con la nómina: asientos de la nómina, controles internos.
- Elabora y valida el correcto cálculo de la nómina en el sistema nomipaq
- Calcula y asegura el envío de movimientos afiliatorios IDSE y SUA (altas bajas y modificaciones salariales)
- Seguimiento a incapacidades del personal para efectos IMSS e INFONAVIT
- Elaboración del pago de cuotas obrero patronales (IMSS e INFONAVIT)
- Cálculo de Fondo de Ahorro
- Manejo de portales (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT)
- Timbrado y envíos de recibos de nómina
- Elaboración del ISN
- Procesos anuales (Aguinaldo, ISR)
- Conocimiento en plataformas como : IDSE, FONACOT, IFONAVIT
