Receipt of final materials for the project, through procedures established by the company, in order to provide material for the production department.
- Dispatch of final materials for the project, through procedures established by the company, in order to provide material for the production department. Attend meetings with Production / Operations to identify priorities.
- Perform inventories of final materials for the project / operations, through procedures established by the company.
- Coordination of machinery for discharging and loading for the mobilization of various materials received and dispatched and coordination with the warehouse personnel at the reception and dispatch of various materials.
- Coordination of various materials reception and dispatch to construction.
- Coordination of the segregation quarantine materials and the development of OSD report.
- Coordination of storage materials in common as well as labeling and traceability control of the materials.
- Coordination of cyclic inventories and highs and lows inventories.
- Coordination and control of tools and tool control of subcontractors that are working in the yard of the company.
