**Descripción del empleo** Main Objective**

A Dispatch Leader improves the processes and productivity of the team by managing the daily work to plan and execute, overseeing customer orders in the expected time, quantity, and quality.

**What challenges will you have?**
- Daily KPI follow-up & deriving out of it process improvement projects.
- Digitalization and automatization in the logistic area
- Internal and external participation meetings (forwarder, clients) for escalation management or process improvement
- Ensuring BOSCH procedural standards (such as monthly parameter optimization, planning forecasting, inventory control, setting targets and tracking them).
- Development of procedural standards: implementation, monitoring, measurement, improvement
- Team management (foreman of at least 2 direct HC)

**Requisitos** Who are we looking for?**
- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic Mechatronic or related.
- Plus 5 years of experience in the Automotive at logistics.
- Advanced English level is a must.

**Technical Knowledge**
- Knowledge of shipping process and planning (Customer planning & material flow experience)
- Extensive experience in SAP, mainly in planning and logistics modules.
- Experience in IATF and customers/supplier’s audits
