**Descripción de puesto**

Planear y programar la producción de las celdas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente en un 98% como mínimo o mayor con respecto a la fecha prometida y en un 95% como mínimo o mayor para la fecha requerida.

**Deberes y Responsabilidades**
- FUNCIONES, ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS (Enunciativa, no limitativa)- Revisión de disponibilidad de materia prima para asegurar que los planes de producción puedan ser surtidos en tiempo.
- Asegurar la producción/reabastecimiento de materiales, de acuerdo con el MPS, mediante el análisis de la demanda (QAD/MRP) para cumplir con el requerimiento del cliente.
- Elaboración de planes de producción balanceados acorde a las necesidades de los clientes, así como la capacidad instalada semanalmente.
- Mantener comunicación abierta con el área de servicio al cliente para conocer las prioridades y necesidades de los clientes, incluyendo los clientes internos que hacen uso de componentes maquinados
- Establecer reuniones semanales con los supervisores de producción para la revisión de los planes de producción a emitir, así como los planes que están en proceso.
- Elaborar y presentar gráficas de estatus de carga/capacidad semanalmente con una visión de 4 semanas mínimo para analizar cualquier sobre carga que pueda presentarse y poder tomar acciones.
- Atender las juntas semanales de planeación y compartir información de carga/capacidad de las Celdas con la finalidad de ver opciones de balanceo entre las Unidades de Negocio y Celdas
- Revisiones diarias en piso de producción para validar que las prioridades de los clientes sean atendidas en tiempo.
- Con base en el cumplimiento del programa de producción y de las Ordenes de Venta, estimar semanalmente el resultado mensual de Entregas a Tiempo (OTD)
- Revisión semanal de los mensajes de acción y emisión de reporte para la coordinación de planeación.
- Realizar la asignación de materia prima diariamente a las órdenes de trabajo y notificar alguna anormalidad.
- Analizar el movimiento de las materias primas y componentes maquinados para en su caso, proponer modificaciones a los Stocks de Seguridad definidos con la finalidad de mejorar el servicio y reducir el tiempo ciclo.
- Solicitar autorización de sobreconsumos de materiales en las órdenes de trabajo para poder cumplir con el plan de producción, cuando esto ocurra avisar de manera inmediata al Planner Buyer.
- Coordinación y gestión de la impresión y cálculo del requerimiento de materiales para los Planes de Producción.
- Realizar mediciones de cumplimiento del plan de producción al equipo operativo. En caso de incumplimiento, solicitar un Plan de Acción para resolver la problemática existente.
- Completar y certificar al menos 3 proyectos de mejora continua cada año.
- Colaborar activamente con los cumplimientos de los sistemas de administración y gestión de HSEQ aplicables.
- Asumir responsabilidad de los aspectos del sistema de gestión SST (Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo) y medio ambiente sobre los que tenga control.
- Mantener el orden y limpieza de la planta en general y en particular de su lugar de trabajo, siguiendo los lineamientos de las 5 S’s.
- Cumplir con políticas, reglamentos y código de ética de la empresa
- Otras actividades requeridas relacionadas con su puesto.

Educación / Cursos: Ingeniería mecánica, industrial, química; Licenciatura en relaciones internacionales o a fin (titulado)

Experiência:2 años (mínimo) como planeador de producción.

Conocimientos /Habilidades: Capacidad analítica alta

Manejo de paquetería Office Conocimiento en tiempo y movimientos

Conocimientos generales de seguridad e higiene industrial Excelente trato con clientes

Disponibilidad: Tiempo completo
