Sr HR Coodinator

What's the role?:
Are you ready to take charge of dynamic People projects and initiatives? As a Senior HR Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful changes within our organization. From spearheading projects to offering invaluable support to the HR PMO, your role will be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture and practices.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of People projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish.
- Utilize data analysis to track progress, identify potential risks, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communication team to develop and execute an annual People communication plan, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining processes within People projects, implementing more efficient methods to enhance productivity.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling other tasks to facilitate project operations.
- Work autonomously while supporting cross-functional teams within HERE, ensuring that program deliverables exceed expectations

Who are you?:
**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR coordination or related roles.
- Experience in project management is advantageous, demonstrating your ability to handle multifaceted responsibilities effectively.
- Proven track record of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaborative relationships across diverse teams.

**Competencies**:

- Masterful communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in motivating cross-functional teams, driving cohesion and productivity towards shared goals.
- Adept at adapting to changing circumstances and proactively seeking solutions in the face of challenges.
