**Responsibilities**
- As an In Home Therapist you will offer one-on-one strengths based support to youth in their community.
- As a Therapeutic Training & Support counselor, you will work in collaboration with a Masters level clinician to provide In Home Therapy services in the family’s home.
- You will have the opportunity to provide skills-based interventions directly to youth as well as act as a liaison to other providers working with the youth and family.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in psychology/social work or other human service field required.
- At least two years of experience working with youth and families preferred.
- Strong knowledge in child/youth mental health, family systems theory/practice, behavior management and practical experience with youth and families preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or bi-cultural background and/or skills preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $926,242.90 per year
