**Job Description**:
The main purpose of the Industrial Engineer is to work to eliminate waste of time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value.

Develop, status, and analyze Manufacturing Master Schedules in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.
Optimize sequence of operations and work flow.
Create crew plans to ensure resources are properly allocated and utilized effectively.
Create metrics to monitor schedule progress and help identify risk areas.
Work to improve efficiencies through waste elimination and process improvements.
Perform data analysis to establish shop metrics and tackle complex problems.
Provide Technical support and assistance to manufacturing and maintenance team members, production supervisors and production associates

**Responsabilidades**:
1. Seguimiento y análisis de cuellos de botella implementando mejoras para incremento de productividad en la líneas de maquinado, ensamble, fundición de Aluminio
2. Trabajar para mejorar la eficiencia a través de la eliminación de residuos y mejoras en los procesos
3. Proporcionar asistencia técnica y asistencia al equipo de manufactura y mantenimiento, supervisores de producción y asociados de producción
4. Revisión y manejo de trabajo estandarizado como soporte de las áreas del complejo
5. Propuestas, implementación y seguimiento a productividades y/o proyectos con la mejora de métricos en el complejo
