**Job Title**: Jr. Recruiter (Bilingual)

**Type**: Full-time

**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM EST

**Salary**:*MXN

**Responsibilities**:

- Use social media for recruiting and conduct reference checks
- Provide information about the company and job roles
- Assist with onboarding and conduct background checks
- Conduct caregiver retention surveys

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual with good English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Recruitment experience is a plus
