Warranty Trainee

**Field return part analysis**
- **Warranty return samples should be updated in the RED box and follow the Valeo warranty part analysis procedure and respect the timing commitment from Customer and Valeo QRQC requirement.**

**Statistical analysis of the customer warranty data and escalate any risk.**
- **Statistically analyse the raw warranty data from customers and be able to make conclusions on the data analysis and escalate any quality and cost risk.**

**Good Cross functional team communication.**
- **Analysis feedback should be able to communicate with different teams in the organisation and be able to bring the solution from them.**

**Basics responsibilities**:
**1. Ensures the update and deployment of documents, letter of the door, speed of resolution of the warranty, etc.**

**2. Follow up on the implementation of content with PDCA leaders.**

**3. Provide support to leaders in the analysis of guaranteed PDCAs.**

**4. Provide a support analysis of pieces of guarantees received when necessary.
