- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide timely reporting to key stakeholders.
- Analyze and document system requirements, workflows, and processes for technical improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, data engineering, and business teams to ensure accurate data integration and flow across platforms.
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of data ingestion, transformation, and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity and optimize the performance of data pipelines.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs and technical specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and technical issues as they arise, ensuring prompt resolution.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Experience working as a technical analyst or in a technical role is highly desirable.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in SQL and querying relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and database management.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of AIOps tools for automation, monitoring, and optimization of data pipelines is a plus.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for detailed analysis.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Collaboration**: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Certifications in data analytics, cloud platforms, or relevant technical domains.
