Proporcionar un servicio al consumidor que sobrepase sus expectativas en cada interacción, en los horarios asignados de acuerdo a la conveniencia de la tienda

Llevar a cabo las actividades de capacitación que apliquen en tiempo, y calidad, pidiendo la retroalimentación correspondiente.

Participar en las juntas, reuniones y demás actividades en que se le solicite a fin de mejorar el trabajo en equipo, conocimientos y habilidades

Aprender y actualizarse permanentemente sobre datos de la marca, historia, innovación en los productos, beneficios, características etc. y ser capaz de entablar conversaciones al respecto con los consumidores de forma consistente

Conocer y permanecer atento a nuevas tendencias de moda, estilos, tonos, etc. que puede buscar el consumidor y siempre tener opciones de outfit para ellos

Aprender sobre los indicadores comerciales clave (KPIs), seguimiento sobre su desempeño individual Vs las metas asignadas y puesta en práctica de acciones para corregir o incrementar dichos números

Recibir retroalimentación del Gerente y Subgerente de forma positiva para modificar su comportamiento en función del servicio al consumidor que otorga

Aprender y mantener los estándares de presentación visual de producto que apliquen, y proponer cambios que tengan un impacto positivo en el Look y Ventas de la tienda

Ser un portador orgulloso de la marca asignada, utilizando uniformes de forma que se muestre su propio estilo, en una presencia elevada.

Contribuir en el resguardar los activos, recursos y seguridad de la tienda

Contribuir en las tareas de abastecimiento y mercadeo del piso de venta de acuerdo a los estándares visuales

Apegarse a los lineamientos establecidos de operación, administración de la tienda (P&P) y normas de seguridad y reportar cualquier anomalía de inmediato para la oportuna toma de decisiones.

Conoce y se esfuerza permanentemente por dominar y poner en práctica el contenido de las herramientas que existen para conocimiento de producto y de la marca, y logra entablar conversaciones con los consumidores sobre la marca, historia y el producto. Es un claro ejemplo a seguir para sus compañeros. Retroalimenta positivamente al Gerente y Subgerentes con los comentarios que recibe de clientes a fin de aportar para encontrar los mejores argumentos de venta en equipo.
