**Job Description**:
1.Monitor activity of Property Plant and Equipment related processes to ensure transactions are processed correctly and in compliance with company policies.

2.Support new business initiatives, system changes, data sharing, etc.

3.Lead continuous improvement and best practice initiatives in activities.

4.Research and analyze operational & accounting transactions. Identify, interpret, and analyze potential accounting-process risk and issues

5.Identify and effectively support or execute internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures

7.Actively participate on defining and documenting E2E accounting-process

8.Compliance with GM Corporate policies and external regulatory requirements

9.Support and attend requirements from different team within GM

10.Document process executed in the function, maintaining them up to date

11.Review KPIs/ Metric Dashboard

**Additional Job Description**:
**Required Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 3+ years of experience
- SAP experience
- Advance English
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and pursue process improvement opportunities
- Can effectively lead, communicate, and present across all levels of the organization
- Develop creative, workable solutions to complex issues

**Required Skills**:

- System experience in SAP.
- First time quality driven individual
- Customer /Partnership focused
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High levels of initiative, creativity, independent judgment, and decision making
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong oral and written skills
- Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally; team player, partnership focused
