**Key Functions and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and ensure the industrialization of the development of new models according to the defined production architecture, such as the implementation and optimization of in factory programming and testing during the assembly processes, ensuring the maximum productive availability, the required quality and economic profitability, complying with safety regulations affecting machines or people and environmental policy, according to the defined strategy.
- Coordinate, ensure the industrialization of new appliances according to the defined production architecture in Cooking.
- Define and prepare of technical and safety requirement and annexes in contracts with supplier of equipment.
- Define the technology and production parameters required for the production processes.
- Install, ramp-up and run core processes in press shop
- Participation in the early design phases to ensure that the parts are designed for manufacture and process capacity, according to the project and objectives.
- Coordinate and ensure the industrialization and optimization of processes to ensure maximum productive availability, quality demanded and economic profitability, complying with safety regulations affecting machines or people and environmental and quality policy.
- Ensure that the decision taken are correct according to the factory strategy and within the defined framework of Production Architecture
- Define working sequence and working instructions in the assembly.
- Play the assigned (LPO) Local Process Owner roll in coordination with the GPO (Global Process Owners).
- Prepare proposal and implementation of measures to ensure compliance with productivity objectives.

**Qualifications**
- This is a position of an individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others
- Experience from 5 to 7 years
- Bilingual
- Spanish - English
- University Engineer Degree (Mechanical Engineer).
- Expertise in Mechanical engineering technics, robotics, automatic and industrial electronics and materials.
- Broad job knowledge in legislation and regulations applicable to this activity in Nuevo León. As well as legislation on the prevention of occupational risks, safety and the environment.
- Expertise on organization engineering and MTM
- Broad job knowledge on organization engineering and MTM (Methods Time Measurement).
- Broad job knowledge on Lean Manufacturing
- Broad job knowledge on Problem Solving techniques, teamwork, process control (SPC) Statistical Process Control), PFMEA (Process Mode Effects Analysis).
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and outlook)
- Cotinuous improvement mindset
- Autocad/unigrahics
