As a **Graphic Designer** at dipoleDIGITAL, you will be responsible for creating visually attractive designs that effectively communicate who is dipoleDIGITAL and our mision. We are looking for a creative individual who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail and can bring innovative ideas to the table. We have the opportunity to work on creative projects that include a wide range of disciplines, allowing you to develop your skills in different design fields.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including infographics, posts, reports/informs and presentations.
- UX/UI design.
- Copywriting support.
- Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging designs that align with the company's branding.
- Ensure designs are visually cohesive and consistent across different channels and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Close collaboration with the internal communication department to attend the graphic material requests.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design - Web.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Management of the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc).
- Knowledge in web design and multimedia presentation.
- Office Package knowledge.
- English proficiency 100%.
- Desire of growing in the UX/UI area.
- Reside in Hermosillo, Sonora, or have the availability to relocate.

**Skills**
- Working knowledge preferably of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (preferably).
- Professional commercial design experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
- Adaptive eye design and skill.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Work simultaneously on different projects.
- Proactive and committed to learn.
- Exemplary organizational abilities.
