**What is this role about?**:
**What awaits you in this role**:

- Bilingual Support to customers in Mexico and South America, USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia
- Willingness to work approximately in the range of 09:00 to 18:00 Eastern time USA
- Help us document and improve our support and training processes
- Help us further develop a Question/Answer database system in Zendesk
- Deliver prescribed training classes to customers. This could involve scheduling times for training sessions with customers, following a syllabus, playing videos for customers online, asking them to repeat the tasks shown in the video, answering questions during the training and sending more difficult questions to us to answer
- Potentially begin involvement with triage of incoming support questions: answering simple ones, or simply gathering data so that we can answer the more difficult ones

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum Technician requirement but ideally a full engineering degree
- Spanish and English proficiency required
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience driving support cases to closure
- Experience in a repair industry
- Vast experience working with some type of external device such as a USB device, associated drivers, software installation issues.
- Experience working with motors, motion control, optical encoders, resolvers
- Experience creating new materials to improve customer support experience: editing product manuals, creating blog posts, managing a Question/Answer database
- Experience with embedded systems, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, screwdrivers/wrenches for assembling/disassembling electronic and mechanical devices
- Experience with Zendesk or other support ticket systems
