Establish and implement the Real Estate strategy and plan to ensure the business has the right premises at the right time and in the right place in order to achieve economy of operations and maximize utilization of facilities. Ensure that an appropriate work environment is provided for all people and production units.

Business Health, Safety & Env Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Recommend, develop and assist in implementation of Sustainability projects concerning Efficiency, Energy and Waste management, infrastructure for Electrical Vehicles and Mobility, managing relations with Borough and local authorities Ensures all real estate facilities and services are managed and monitored to maximize energy efficiency of buildings and sites, makes assessments and recommends energy saving solutions.
- Serve as technical consultant for organization on highly significant matters that influence focus and direction of the real estate operations. Negotiate such matters as costs, design features and schedule with suppliers and contractors and business partners. Plan and implement maintenance for buildings, testing and inspection schedules to ensure the facility is operating safely and efficiently, maximize the life of equipment, reduce risk of failure and meet statutory obligations.
- Authorize electrical work permits needed for the day-to-day operations in the Monterrey campus. Review and develop operational budgets and targets for the properties.
- Manages building related cleaning activities in line with ABB cleaning standard.
- Ensures security solutions and services follow ABB security standards.
- Manages and monitors common areas, including parking and green areas.
- Provide leadership and guidance in complying with all local municipality and state legal requirements.
- Lead and/or participate in incident investigations and ensure appropriate root causes are identified and corrective actions are developed / implemented. Collaborates in site HSE risks and challenges and develop appropriate risk reduction strategies, including Risk Assessment.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor´s Degree Mechatronic, Electrical Engineer Administrator, Electric Mechanical Engineer, Robotics Engineer.
- ICAP Conditions (Electric).
- Electrical reform, knowledge of the network, CREE knowledge, electrical installations for access, know electrical jobs associated with electrical safety. ISO 50 0001.
- 5 years of experience.
- Leadership experience required.
- English Advanced Level.
