**CQE Quality Supervisor**
Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Responsable de la gestión de quejas de los clientes y redacción de informes SD;
- Utilizar herramientas de gestión de calidad (técnicas de control de calidad, FMEA, etc.) para analizar estadísticamente y solucionar problemas de calidad del producto
- Responsable de las medidas correctivas y preventivas, y seguimiento para confirmar su efectividad;
- Mejorar las medidas de calidad del producto en respuesta a las quejas de los clientes según la tarjeta estándar de inspección de calidad correspondiente;
- Responsable de la recopilación de quejas importantes de los clientes en la fábrica, implementación de mejoras en la fábrica y cambio de la estandarización interna correspondiente;
- Familiaridad con los requisitos de calidad del producto de los clientes clave.
**Requisitos**:
- Título de licenciatura o superior
- **
Inglés avanzado**
- **
Más de 5 años de experiência laboral en control de calidad de piezas en la industria automotriz**(mejor si son piezas metálicas), de los cuales**más de 2 años de experiência como CQE**;
- Familiaridad con todo el**proceso de gestión de calidad y las relaciones de influencia colaborativa**entre departamentos;
- Entusiasta del uso de herramientas**8D**y**DMAIC**, capaz de aplicar**APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA**y otras herramientas TS es una ventaja.
