Appointment Setter

**Position Overview**:
Central Park Puppies is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves managing and scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient communication channels between potential clients and our sales team, and contributing to our mission of connecting families with their perfect puppy companions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments for potential puppy adopters with our Puppy Concierge team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients to confirm appointments and gather any necessary pre-meeting information.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update client information in our Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Assist in nurturing leads through regular communication, updates on available puppies, and answering preliminary questions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, representing Central Park Puppies' values and commitment to client satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Language Proficiency: This ensures effective communication with our predominantly American client base.
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate scheduling and record-keeping.
- Experience in a customer service or appointment-setting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- An enthusiasm for pets and dedication to enhancing the happiness that puppies add to family life.

**Additional Information**:
This is a full-time position, expected to average 40 hours per week. The Appointment Setter will report directly to the sales and marketing team to facilitate the adoption process.

- Feel free to improvise on the response
- Here’s What You’ll Say: “Hi [Customer’s Name], I noticed you recently showed interest in our puppy adoption services. We have several adorable puppies looking for their forever homes and thought you might like to schedule a call. We have a few slots open next week. Would that work for you?”
