Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- Manage large quantities of data for insights gathering and determining actions.
- Ownership of product development pipeline, AB testing and roll-out plans.
- Creation of new initiatives and dashboards to more efficiently share best practices around marketplace incentives.
- Constant analysis of data to understand day-to-day behavior of our drivers and passenger base.
- Optimize the efficiency KPIs through operation tools and programs based on the robust data analysis.
- Collaboration with several supporting areas like marketplace operations, product, and user research to improve overall marketplace experience.

Role Qualifications:

- Students from Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Data Driven person, focused on results and with analytical skills.
- Excel (Advanced), SQL (Mid to Advanced), Python (Nice to Have)
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to learn new things.
- Great attitude and hands-on approach
