**J&J MedTech is recruiting for Senior Finance Supervisor, located in Mexico City.

Responsibilities include lead, reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial and business analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and implement internal and external financial policies, accounting principles, technology, and analytics in a specialized area.
- Lead and develop timely information for annual business planning process, quarterly updates and advise management
- Provide accurate financial analysis, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and understanding P&L variances.
- Prepare analyses for pricing, contracting, cash flow, investments, financial, and expense comparisons.
- Assure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring sales and expense commitments
- Provide leadership among teams, presentations to finance and functional management
- Pro-actively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities and challenges in own industry and in the external environment. Help shape new business models/opportunities and ensure our infrastructure remains agile and valuable initiatives implementation
- Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts
- Lead and support ad hoc projects, processes, and requests as required, pro-actively help to identify, plan and implement cost savings/ avoidance and process improvement projects
- Implement Best in Class practices for operational efficiencies.
- Foster strong business partnerships with cross-functional areas.
- Collaborate on month-end closing processes and budgeting with GS and FP&A.
- Manage and guide individual leaders, conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economist and other careers related
- Encouraged to have 6 Years of relevant work experience in Finance.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English

- Possess business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers
- Analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner
- Builds and maintains trusted partnerships with collaborators across functions and leverages influential communication to develop business and financial strategies
- Integrates and uses various emerging digital technologies, tools, and visualization techniques as well as data science and artificial intelligence to drive value creation using finance systems, processes, and decisions making
- Dynamic leader who is resourceful and inventive.
- Curiosity, ability to learn and attention to detail
- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
