**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the procurement team in daily procurement activities, ensuring the efficient execution of the procurement process.
- Responsible for the selection, evaluation, and management of suppliers, maintaining effective communication with them.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement plans, ensuring effective management of inventory levels.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries to ensure timely delivery, and ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.
- Assist in negotiating procurement contracts to ensure favorable transaction conditions.
- Responsible for the maintenance and updating of procurement records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in resolving disputes and issues with suppliers, ensuring the smooth progress of the procurement process.
- Assist upper-level management in completing other related procurement tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, any major.
- Some prior experience in procurement or related field is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
- English is required

**Responsabilidades**:

- Asistir al equipo de compras en las actividades diarias de adquisición, asegurando la ejecución eficiente del proceso de compras.
- Responsable de la selección, evaluación y gestión de proveedores, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con ellos.
- Colaborar en la elaboración de planes de compras, asegurando una gestión efectiva de los níveles de inventario.
- Procesar órdenes de compra, hacer seguimiento de las entregas para garantizar la entrega oportuna y asegurar el funcionamiento fluido de la cadena de suministro.
- Colaborar en la negociación de contratos de compras para asegurar condiciones de transacción favorables.
- Responsable del mantenimiento y actualización de registros de compras, garantizando precisión y puntualidad.
- Colaborar en la resolución de disputas y problemas con proveedores, asegurando el progreso sin contratiempos del proceso de compras.
- Asistir a la alta dirección en la realización de otras tareas de compras relacionadas.

**Calificaciones**:

- Licenciatura, cualquier especialidad.
- Se prefiere alguna experiência previa en compras o campo relacionado.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación, con la capacidad de colaborar eficientemente con equipos internos y externos.
- Competencia en software de oficina como Microsoft Office.
- Fuerte pensamiento lógico y habilidades para resolver problemas.
- Comprensión básica de compras y gestión de cadena de suministro.
