Responsabilidades principales:
Admitir sistemas y plataformas complejos: esto significará brindar soporte a clientes internos y externos en plataformas internas y de proveedores. También será responsable de la resolución de incidentes y problemas y de garantizar el mejor servicio de su clase a nuestra base de usuarios.
