**OPEX Finance Jr Manager**

**Main Purpose**

The creation of this role was triggered by the migration of services occurring in MBS from the business. It will be responsible for leading and managing the OPEX team in MBS that provide services to PBF - PepsiCo Brasil Foods. This team is responsible for Build up & Consolidation of AOP Opex Budget by P&L line and function, Validate, align & communicate Opex Fcst & Actuals, Identify Risk & Opportunities, Commercial & Functional Investments Follow up, SMS process ownership, tracking and reporting. Also support and serve Brazilian stakeholders (finance teams).

**Responsibilities**:
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Effectively manage OPEX MBS team delivering an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s.
- Lead the bottom up AOP process, monthly closure and forecast to identify gaps and propose to Global leader corrective measures understanding market conditions, inflations and having business insights
- Develop an understanding of different global functions financial objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partner
- Manage review results meeting by elaborating decks to review results (actual, fcst, aop) with the executive team.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
- Develop strong cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values
- Support transformation agenda.
- Provide financial updates to budget owners each period, highlighting and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast
- Own cause of change analyses and provide insights into the key drivers of the business results
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects

Qualifications:
**KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience
- Language: Portuguese, Spanish / English advanced
- Strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
- Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct reports)
