Job Description Summary Manages the day-to-day operations of manufacturing facilities.Defines, monitors, and is held responsible for overall operations performance. Implements production, cost, and quality control mechanisms.Oversees operations, ensuring that schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.Manages staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; manages, motivates, and develops management team.Manages relationships with business, sales, and engineering; defines, delivers, and manages required service levels. Coordinates strategies, communications, and joint initiatives for facility.

**Job Description**:

- Gestiona resultdos de productos y socios de operaciones reclutando, seleccionando, orientando, entrenando, asignando, programando, capacitando, asesorando y disciplinando asociados; comunicar las expectativas del trabajo; planificación, monitoreo, evaluación y revisión de las contribuciones al trabajo; planificar y revisar las acciones de compensación; aplicación de políticas y procedimientos.
- Lograr objetivos operacionales de productos y operaciones aportando información y análisis a los planes y revisiones estratégicos; preparar y completar planes de acción; implementación de la producción, la productividad, la calidad, el servicio al cliente, la seguridad y las normas de salud; identificar y resolver problemas; completar auditorías; identificar, desarrollar e implementar mejoras en el sistema.
- Contribuye aa la gestión de productos y operaciones y al éxito de la organización al recibir solicitudes relacionadas, diferentes y nuevas; ayudando a otros a lograr resultados de trabajo.
- Gestiona las prioridades de la planta dentro de su área de responsabilidad revisando los pedidos y requisitos de los clientes; analizando equipos, materiales y disponibilidad de asociados.
- Resuelve problemas de programación de producción analizando informes; revisando el equipo, los materiales y la disponibilidad de los asociados; consultar con control de producción; desarrollar soluciones.
- Prepara información sobre producción e informes recolectando, analizando y resumiendo datos y tendencias.
- Contribuye al éxito de la planta y la organización al recibir solicitudes relacionadas, diferentes y nuevas; ayudando a otros a lograr resultados de trabajo.
- Todas las demás tareas asignadas.

Required Skills and Education
Maneja las operaciones cotidianas de las instalaciones de fabricación. Define, monitorea y es responsable del desempeño general de las operaciones. Implementa la producción, el costo y los mecanismos de control de calidad. Supervisa las operaciones, asegurando que los horarios y los requisitos de desempeño se cumplan y se utilicen los recursos del sistema de manera efectiva. Gestiona los programas de personal, desarrollo y gestión del desempeño para el personal de operaciones; gestiona, motiva y desarrolla el equipo de gestión. Gestiona las relaciones con las empresas, ventas e ingeniería; define, entrega y administra los níveles de servicio requeridos. Coordina estrategias, comunicaciones e iniciativas conjuntas para el establecimiento.
