**TURNO**:

- Día: L-V 8am a 5:30pm / Sab 9am a 4pm
- Sueldo entre 23,000 y 28,000 pesos mensuales, dependiendo su experiência
- Experiência en transporte terrestre y/o logística
- Dinámico, proactivo, rápido aprendizaje
- Organizado, capaz de llevar el registro de sus actividades
- Capaz de crear documentación de procesos
- Inglés escrito y conversacional
- Carrera a fín a transporte terrestre y/o logística (preferente)
- Experiência en AS400 (preferente)

**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES**
- Anticipar y facilitar la resolución de problemas en todos los embarques de carga para cumplir o superar la satisfacción total de los clientes.
- Desarrolle y haga crecer las relaciones con los clientes mientras ayuda a equilibrar la capacidad de carga.
- Asegúrese de que las necesidades de los clientes se satisfagan de manera oportuna al tiempo que maximiza las oportunidades adicionales para Swift.
- Solicite negocios de un grupo específico o asignadode clientes utilizando la capacidad diaria disponible. Servir como una extensión de ventas para expandir los ingresos comerciales al explorar todas las oportunidades dedicadas, ferroviarias y logísticas con los clientes.
- Comprometerse, recibir e introducir con precisión información detallada sobre la carga del clientepor teléfono, fax o licitación electrónica.
- Ingrese toda la información de carga al sistema con precisión. Asegúrese de que la información del cliente sea precisa y actual.
- Asegúrese de que todas las cuentas recién incorporadas estén configuradas correctamente antes de pasar la propiedad alos representantes designados de account.
- Monitorear y rastrear cargas y proporcionar el seguimiento necesario a los clientes, como recogidas tardías y / o entregas.
- Administre y asegúrese de que las colas de discrepancia de usuario asignadas se borren para acelerar el proceso de facturación.
- Mantiene el conocimiento de los requisitos contractuales del cliente en relación con los grupos de remolques con el fin de mantener los giros en el nível establecido para obtener una utilización óptima de los equipos de la empresa
- Participe en todas las llamadas de conferencia orientadas al servicio para cuentas / clientes asignados.
- Agilice el proceso de facturación administrando y borrando la cola de discrepancia de usuario asignada.
- Investigue y codifique todas las fallas de servicio aplicables en el sistema para respaldar informes de servicio precisos.
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo actuando y comunicándose de una manera que facilite el éxito de las operaciones comerciales para cumplir con los requisitos de la empresa y del cliente.
