The role will be responsible to manage and lead plant controlling activities by performing the following duties personally or through the controlling team:

- Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
- Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
- Investment calculation
- Long Term Cost Simulations
- Monthly Business Reports, Current Forecasts, Business Plan
- Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
- Advises management on desirable operational adjustments based on analysis of actual cost performance data, or tax code revisions.
- Coaching of controlling employees to develop them to next level

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years’ experience within accounting, finance, plant controlling experience including ERP CO Module
- 3+ years’ experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management, managing teams
- Experience with SAP system
- Language: English (min level B2)
- Manage diverse entity legals
