Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern at ProducePay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team's initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to the day-to-day operations of the HR department and to help you develop practical skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in responding to basic employee inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and update HR files, ensuring compliance with labor local Law.
- Contribute to various HR projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology) or recently graduated.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiasm for learning about HR processes and contributing to a dynamic team.
