**Location/Division Specific Information**

**How will you make an impact? (Objective)**
FP&A Analyst in charge of financial reporting, support to the commercial leadership team in LATAM, financial shared services in LATAM and CAD Divisional teams.

**What will you do? (Responsibilities)**
- Budget and forecast activities.
- Deliver standard reporting solutions to drive, support and enable the business strategic and tactical roadmap for Latin America.
- Prepare, deliver and deploy standard, accurate set of management and operational reports in Latin America Region.
- Operating Expenses and Budget control.
- Financial reporting, variations, savings, risk and opportunities analysis.

Required Technical skills:

- Advanced financial analysis;
- Accounting skills;
- Advanced Excel;
- Basic Office Package;
- Good verbal and written communication.

Required Behavioral skills:

- Sense of urgency; Teamwork; Commitment to excellence; Internal customer relationship; Problem solving focus; Pragmatism.

**How will you get here?**
Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and related areas;
- Intermediate English;
- Fluent Spanish.
